Find a good way to make use of the latin-macronizer

The latin-macronizer tool does some things that we will have to do, too. Look into the way it handles i-j and u-v and how it handles syllables. Find a good way of integrating what it does into our project.

We just copy over stuff from it that we need. It does not make sense to import the latin-macronizer itself.
