Add privacy consent prompt

  • Show a privacy consent prompt: When using the generic embed feature, a consent prompt is now shown before any content is loaded. The user has to load the content by pressing a button.
    • Note: This currently does not seem to work with specialized embeds (which are the majority, e.g. for YouTube videos, tweets, ...) because they seem to work differently. Probably this has something to do with the oEmbed standard.
