Write script to create Taiga access token

It is somewhat complicated to get Taiga application access tokens. I should write a script that does the work for me, so I don't have to think about it every time again.

As soon as the script exists, I should

  • Rotate token for Node-RED
  • Add token for Portal (production)
  • Add token for Portal (local dev device)
