Added the option to not normalize batch loss, but to instead just sum it up

- Now the option "sum" is possible in the config. If used no normalization is applied to a mini-batch loss. Loss is also not normalized for logging.
- Added the mini-batch loss normalization options with explaining comment to small.yaml and transformer_small.yaml configs
