Draft: Add new features to the administrative UI

New bindings

  • e to edit user (can also be opened by double clicking on any cell which is not the balance)
  • del to delete user
  • b to edit balance (can also be opened by double clicking on the balance cell), closing #32

New features in create/edit user dialogs

  • Can now handle multiple card ids
  • New (currently dysfunctional) button to scan a card for enrolment
  • Dialogs are now based on ModalForm, closing !36
