minecraft java edition only uses tcp, only the bedrock edition uses udp so i remove it for security purposes

adding other branches to automatically have docker images for testing purposes

removed crontab in this branch because it will work with the internal tarball backup for now (backup.sh executed by minecraft server plugin essentialsX)

added cron for backup, needs to be adjustet to the time when the backup is started if other backuo solution is used (use case for external backuo suite like duplicati etc)

fixed stupid mistake (forgotten to add package to docker container ^^)

added screen to make the base for executing commands to the minecraft server from host or other docker containers on the same virtual network

java_opts are default with aikars flags but can be overwritten if needed but from fieldtesting i strongly recommend use the default setting

fixed some dumb mistakes in restore.sh :D
