adding other branches to automatically have docker images for testing purposes

uncommented a feature which is only usefull in a later state of development and may be redone in the future

added wait for last launched background process to give the server time to shutdown

got it finally working ^^

fixed some more stupid mistakes

added compatibility for POSIX

fixed unknown parameter -en

added screen to make the base for executing commands to the minecraft server from host or other docker containers on the same virtual network

java_opts are default with aikars flags but can be overwritten if needed but from fieldtesting i strongly recommend use the default setting

fixed some dumb mistakes in restore.sh :D
