extracting the segments (extract-segments) must be omitted from the other files
used for ffv features generation

The script functions just like the summarize_warnings.pl, but greps for more
interresting events (ATM, warnings _and_ errors) -- in some cases it is good
to know that some (non-fatal) errors occured. These errors _were_ non-fatal 
in the sense that the script continued on running -- but that does not mean
everything was fine.

relates to the finding that in some cases, the splitted segments files (segments.*)
might not contain all segments relating to the corresponding wav.*.scp
The reason was that split_scp.pl is completely agnostic about the files/segments
structure and we must pay more attention when calling it directly...
