Implement ability to enter commands when attached, may be in further development get externalised as standalone binaries

changed ingame command to vanilla command of minecraft to disable autosave

Add simulated >Enter for the commands sent to the tty of server jar

backup was backing up the whole container from root / it now tarballs only /papermc/
disables unneeded verbose flag from tar command

fix missing \ in ENV to avoid mulitple containers while building it. Also add this to some RUN instructions to minimise buildtime

It is now possible to pass the login credentials from the .htaccess and the url through environment in docker-compose

nano will be usefull for alternating config files required for the minecraftserver
